Validation for Quantitative, Qualitative, and Mixed Methods Research
Validity has many names, such as credibility, trustworthiness, legitimation, and so forth. Regardless of terminology, the fundamental validity question is: Can we trust the inferences we make from the results of our research? This session will explain, with examples, several validity checks that researchers should conduct to strengthen validity.
