Registrant information will be shared with the program planning committee and or supporting organization, provided this consent is given. A post-event participant survey will be emailed to registrants after the event.
- As a conference attendee (i.e. a host, speaker, registrant, panelist, or participant) attending a publicly accessible virtual event, I understand my image, likeness, chat box comments and other communications, and sound of my voice as streamed on audio, video, or webcast technologies could be recorded or captured by fellow conference attendees.
- Additionally, select presentations/talks during the Conference will be recorded for public access later. I understand my image, likeness, chat box comments and other communications, and sound of my voice as streamed on audio, video, or webcast technologies could be recorded or captured during this process and made publically available on the internet.
- I also understand that as this event is openly available within an unrestricted geographic area that conference organizers, Memorial University of Newfoundland, and the Signal Hill Campus Operations, Conference and Event Services, are unable to monitor or restrict attendee’s use of material made available during the event.
As such, I release the conference organizers, Memorial University of Newfoundland, and the Signal Hill Campus Operations, Conference and Event Services from any liability related to the recording, capture, or dissemination of audio, video, chat box comments and other communications, or photographic material by fellow attendees and organizers.
