• We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming Postdoctoral Fellow and Graduate Student Networking (Careers, Coffee, and Croissants) event, scheduled for the Winter 2025 semester.

Hosted by the Associate Vice-President (Academic) and Dean of Graduate Studies, this event provides a valuable opportunity for graduate students to network with postdoctoral fellows, explore pursuing a career in academia, and learn about the benefits of postdoctoral research. This is also our first event designed to bring together graduate students and postdoctoral fellows for networking and meaningful discussions on career development.

During the event, we are honored to welcome the Provost and Vice-President (Academic) for an opening session, followed by a presentation from a postdoctoral fellow who will share their experiences in pursuing an academic career. A Q&A session, table talk, and networking coffee break will follow, providing further opportunities for discussion and connection.

Please note that this event will proceed only if there is sufficient student interest.
