This workshop provides a more general and brief introduction to the knowledge regarding Racism, Microaggressions (Intent vs. Impact), and Unconscious Biases. Participants will gain the skills needed to live and work effectively within culturally diverse businesses, engaging with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in our workplace and communities. Participants will explore their own cultural perspectives, discover common cultural differences, and investigate what is both respectful and effective when working across cultures.

- Prompt anti-bias thinking
