As part of Memorial University’s Centennial celebrations, Signal Hill Campus welcomes friends, old and new, to the Signal Hill Campus Reunion & Open House on Thursday, September 25, from 4-6 pm.
Signal Hill Campus Accommodations opened to graduate students from countries around the world in September 2015. In 2018, the newly rebuilt Emera Innovation Exchange opened as Memorial’s centre for public engagement and innovation, complete with a conference centre. In 2019, the gifting of the Johnson Geo Centre to Memorial completed the trilogy of the Signal Hill Campus.
Today, the campus spans both sides of Signal Hill, includes people from around the world, and has tangible histories of how the world was shaped. We look forward to building an exciting future while honouring our proud collective history.
Join the Signal Hill Campus Reunion and Open House Celebration! There will be ice cream in the Johnson Insurance atrium, a slideshow seen best on the iconic steps, the debut of the Signal Hill Campus Dance video, a tree planting in the Signal Hill Campus garden in memory of old friends, and more.
