Vector-based drawing programs allow users to manipulate each element of an image and are essential for many real-life graphical purposes, including the Laser Cutter/Etcher in the CRI’s Maker Space. In this workshop, participants will learn what vector images are and the basics of how to create and manipulate them. The workshop will also include a demo of how to use the CRI’s Laser Cutter. Participants will need bring their own computers with the free vector graphics program “Inkscape” already downloaded. More information will be provided upon registration.
